Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your ride. By using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Reservations &
Payments
All rides must be booked in advance and are subject to
availability. We accept all major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless
otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations &
Changes
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to a reservation must be requested in
advance and are not guaranteed.
3. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we include a grace period (typically 45 minutes for
domestic, 60 minutes for international). For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is included. After
that, additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments.
4. Hourly As-Directed
Hourly rides require a minimum booking time (typically 2 hours). Time is
billed from the scheduled pickup to final drop-off.
5. Car Seats
Car seats are available upon request. Please request at the time of
booking to ensure availability. It is the passenger’s responsibility to secure the child in the seat properly.
6. Conduct &
Safety
No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted
in any vehicle. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse
service if safety is compromised.
7. Damage & Cleaning
Fees
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the
vehicle. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other
conditions beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure timely service, we recommend allowing extra
travel time when scheduling important events.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information
with third parties unless required by law.
10. Service Area
Our service primarily covers the greater Chicago area. Trips outside of
this region may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
